I WRITE
I COACH
I craft innovative curricula and digital learning content that bridges the gap between traditional instruction and modern technology. My writing extends from developing comprehensive e-learning frameworks for corporate training to publishing peer reviewed research on AI-based personalization in English Language Teaching (ELT). Whether I am drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for high-performance teams or designing gamified learning modules, my focus remains on clarity, engagement, and measurable learning outcome
With over 12 years of experience, I coach individuals and large teams to unlock their professional potential. I have led large-scale training initiatives for over 3,000 learners, specializing in corporate communication, soft skills, and employability. My coaching philosophy is grounded in “Train the Trainer” (TTT) principles, ensuring that mentors and educational staff are equipped with the latest pedagogical tools and technical proficiency to excel in their roles.
I GUIDE
I SPEAK
I am a frequent speaker at academic and professional conferences, where I discuss the ethical implementation of AI and the future of inclusive education. Beyond formal presentations, I have five years of experience as an OET Interlocutor, facilitating high-stakes communication assessments. My speaking engagements are designed to simplify complex technological concepts into actionable insights for educators, investors, and corporate stakeholders.
As a doctoral researcher and educational leader, I guide organizations through the complexities of digital transformation in learning. I have successfully managed the hiring, training, and strategic development of educational teams and mentors. From providing academic guidance to students on their theses to advising institutions on curriculum alignment for the modern workforce, I provide the strategic vision needed to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
And then I took the One less travelled by.....
My journey in the world of education and professional development has always been about one thing: finding the perfect harmony between human connection and technological innovation. Over the last twelve years, I have transitioned from the front of the classroom to the strategic heart of Learning and Development (L&D), driven by a passion for creating learning experiences that truly stick.
My path began in the lecture halls of institutions like Mar Ivanios and Marian Engineering College, where I taught English literature and rhetoric. It was during these years of shaping young minds that I realized a “one-size-fits-all” approach was a relic of the past. This realization sparked a pursuit of professional excellence; in 2017, while balancing my teaching responsibilities, I successfully cleared the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET), solidifying my standing in the academic community.
